Team Management
During the 2020/2021 school year, the association’s board consisted of three active members. These members were responsible for managing the association and giving instructions to its members. Without them, the association has no legal weight. Their missions were therefore not related to the technical part of the association. They only monitored the progress of each pole and checked the course of the project.

The poles
Within the association we have seven active members who are specialists in the different parts of the single-seater. These members are the pole managers. Their knowledge of the different parts of the vehicle allows them to best distribute the tasks for optimal and complete work.

The Team
Managers are good! But what would a team really be without a team? Because yes, our 8 managers do not work alone to carry out this great project. Today the association has no less than fifty students invested and distributed annually according to their tastes and the needs of the team in the different poles: Vehicle Dynamics, Chassis, Powertrain, Aerodynamic…
Because indeed having an engine that runs is good, but having an engine on a chassis with functional LAS to make a car is better! And we must also think about the succession from year to year. The EFT is therefore a living association that allows students from different years to work hand in hand towards a common goal.
